Q: Return Policy

All of our parts and accessories are returnable and refundable. You MUST contact us within 30 days of the shipment date in order for us to accept a return. The item in which you are returning MUST be unused, uninstalled, in the original condition, and in the original packaging.

To begin the return process you MUST contact us to obtain an RA number and RA form (if applicable) prior to sending the item back. Returns will be jeopardized at the customer’s expense if they are sent back without a return authorization number. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item due to an error caused by Rudy’s Performance Parts or its business partners (i.e., damaged or defective items, incorrect part shipped, etc.), we will cover all freight charges on the replacement items. If you are sending an item back, we recommend using a service with tracking and signature confirmation. Refunds will be credited back using the method you used to initially pay for the item less any applicable restocking fees. Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after the item has been received back to our warehouse and inspected.

Q: Warranty and Shipping Policy

Most of our products are covered by Manufacturer’s Warranties that cover the merchandise for a certain period of time after your purchase. Rudy’s Performance Parts will in no way accept responsibility for parts covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Check the documentation that you received with the merchandise for more information regarding the product warranty policy.

All returned items will be inspected for warranty eligibility. We or the manufacturer will replace, repair or refund the product based on our findings. Inbound freight must be prepaid by the customer to one of our distribution centers for warranty inspection. NO LABOR COSTS are covered for any part sold by Rudy’s Performance Parts.

Rudy's Performance Parts is not responsible or liable for any damages or malfunctions caused to your vehicle before, during, or after installation or use of any product we sell. Please use or install any product sold by Rudy's Performance Parts at YOUR OWN RISK! We recommend professional installation on all products. All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Rudy’s Performance Parts is not responsible for products that have been damaged during shipping.
