Rudy's High Performance Valve Springs & Pushrods For 2003-2010 Ford 6.0 6.4

By far one of the cheapest upgrades you can do to increase the reliability of your modified 6.0 or 6.4 Powerstroke.With higher rpm's, higher boost levels or higher back pressure levels, the factory pushrods can begin to flex and/or bend.With a bent pushrod, valve lift can be limited, resulting in low compression, lost power, or even a miss.Our pushrods are stock diameter, so no modification is required on the head gasket, but are strong enough to withstand any abuse you can throw at them. This makes them a true drop in upgrade that you can do yourself.Most performance springs that are used on the 6.0L/6.4L Powerstroke, are springs from another that are adapted to fit. Using a spring designed for a gasoline and using it on your Powerstroke, does not address all of the problems associated with high rpm, high boost pressure, diesel engines. Does the spring you are currently using require you to machine the head or use different valvetrain components? Chances are you are running a rebadged, mass production gas spring. Manufacturers often do this because they either don’t have the money to design a spring or don’t know what your engine needs. In either case you are running a spring designed for an entirely different engine and needs.Rudy's Diesel Powerstroke springs were manufactured in the U.S.A. for the 6.0l/6.4l engine only! If you are running more rpm, boost or a higher lift cam than factory, then these springs will help you control your valves. By controlling your valves you will effectively eliminate valve float(when the valve is not in contact with the rocker) which allows the valve to hammer the seat, or reversion that can occur when exhaust drive pressures open the exhaust valve on the intake stroke.These springs will handle engines running up to 5,000 rpm with up to .600” valve lift and up to 100psi boost!
