The Adrenaline is the perfect high pressure oil solution for any injector setup. As expected, stock injectors won't feel quite the "wow" that larger injectors will - but you will feel it and when towing you will wonder how you did without it. Larger injectors are the big winners with higher volume high pressure oil. The bigger the injector - the more power gains. Every injector size realizes fuel mileage. But make no mistake, this is not some small increase meant for small injectors. As common sense dictates and as our testimonials show, the larger the injectors the more power you realize from adding higher volume high pressure oil. This pump was made for any injector except B-codes and it will deliver fuel economy, performance and power to any vehicle.
If you've been told you have a "weak pump" and are seeing a 1211 code then we'll help you diagnose your needs before you spend your money on a pump. Programming can be the culprit for a 1211 code being thrown especially with stock injectors. Programming has changed over the last few years and you may just need some tweaking. The weak pump epidemic caused by bad or older programming has too many of you looking for a cheap pump fix. We'll try and help you fix your issues, but realize that it may not be a pump that you need. In this economy we don't want your money if our pump won't be your fix.

I would like to thank you for putting such a fine product together as you did with the Adrenaline pump. I purchased my pump from you last year in June . It's still going strong. My Excursion feels like a champ everyday. Has been driven all over the US been to over 35 states with your pump! Just found out my pride and joy (Early 99 bought new) needs HPOP. I know what I have to do of course, buy another Adrenaline pump from you. [...] By the way, I already put 90,000 miles on my Adrenaline Pump!

Bob, I finally got on the dyno on Saturday and was very impressed by what I saw. My horsepower went up 25-85 horsepower across the board. The torque gain was even more impressive going up on avereage between 180ftlbs and 200ftlbs on all the programs I have, INCLUDING STOCK. The icp on the 120hp and 140hp programs was 3081 (icp duty cycle was 58.9) and 3057 (icp duty cycle was 57.03). Pulls made on the dyno this time were alot smoother and the graph looks perfect. Now I just need the air to go with the fuel!
BTW, I picked up 40 miles on the front tank alone. That's my favorite thing about this pump. Thank you!
Brad - 1997 7.3L - Stage I Injectors - TW Tuning
Bob, Using the economy setting on chip that's been reburned by Tony Wildman, I have increased by mileage from a confirmed 12 MPG to 14! Keep in mind, prior to your new pump I was running the stock Superduty HPOP. When I was running the stock OBS HPOP, I was getting around 11 MPG, but I was still using standard OBS tunes on the chip. 11 to 14 is nearly a 22% gain in fuel economy! BIG NUMBERS!
The extreme setting knocked .5 seconds off my 1/4 mile times too. It would have been more if I didn't have a 20 MPH head wind that day at the track.
I just want to say thanks for the GREAT customer service, the instructions included with the pump made install a breeze. From start to finish (including an oil change) was about 2.5 hours. As far as the way the Adrenaline made my truck run; all I can say is WOW! My truck has 250,000 miles on it, running the stock injectors (and I mean stock injectors with all 250,000 miles on them) with Bill's tunes from PHP, and it runs like it never has before! The increase in power and response is almost hard to believe. Oil pressure is up instantaneously, and it stays up all the way to red line in every gear. I never thought I would see performance and drivability improvements like this with just the addition of an oil pump. Thanks again for a GREAT product and absolutely World Class customer service.
I just want to say that your Adrenaline HPOP is a fantastic product. I am very impressed with the finish of the pump and performance.
Let me tell you a little about the truck. It is a STOCK 95' F250 with 425,000 on the engine & 626,000 on the truck. Very well taken care of.
The truck has numerous new and reman parts. On it's way is a turbo rebuild kit with a 1.0 housing that I will use with your wicked wheel. I have a serious up pipe leak that is hampering my turbo boost.
Despite that I installed the pump in only 4 hours with ease. The truck started easily and I have now driven about 50 miles. The pump smoothed the idle dramatically and the engine is far quieter and smoother.
Before if I floored it the truck would actually slow down! Now it just keeps pulling and once the turbo is fixed I'm sure it will only get better.
I drove up a 6% highway grade that before I could barely accelerate in 5th from 60 to 70mph. EGT would bump 1000 and boost 9-10psi
Now I effortlessly passed 70mph in 5th. EGT about 900 and boost a mere 6psi! I cant wait for the turbo to see what it can really do! Maybe a chip or bigger injectors someday.........

I've made two trips to the Oregon coast and one trip to the high mountains to go camping so far. The Adrenaline HPOP has really made a noticeable difference. My mileage has increased slightly (.3 mpg) pulling the camp trailer. The power, however, is substantially improved. This last trip to the mountains has the longest, hardest pull of anywhere we go (7% grade). I used to have to floor it at the base and would be topping the summit around 50-55 mph with my foot still planted firmly on the floor. That's if no one got in my way to slow me down. If anyone did slow me down, I would top the summit at whatever speed I got slowed down to. I could never pick up speed once I got slowed down. This last trip with the Adrenaline installed I had throttle to spare and crested the summit at 65 mph. I could actually pick up speed pulling my 23 foot camp trailer going up a 7% grade to pass slower traffic when we hit the passing lanes. The EGT on the Tony Wildman tow setting never got above 1250 degrees and it pulled it on 8 pounds less boost than it used to. My normal driving has shown an increase of .5 mpg. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an upgrade to their factory HPOP. It's been a great product so far and hasn't, to date, given even a hint of a problem, and I anticipate it staying this way. Thanks for another great product Bob.
Just wanted to send an update on our Adrenaline HPOP. We are thrilled with the performance of the unit. We took our first camping trip of the season with our fully loaded trailer and the pump performed flawlessly. We didn't think the fuel mileage would improve but it did. Towing, it picked up 1.5 to 2 MPG. While not towing we got 19 MPG. Our best before was 17 MPG. Seems like we picked up A LOT of power too. Our "Wildman" stock setting is all we need. On the other settings we have so much power that our Con-O clutch starts to slip. Thanks!!!!

I was having SES light issues and the P1211 code with my ALL STOCK truck when towing uphills and at wide open throttle (WOT) when empty or towing for more than a few seconds. After finding out about the Adrenaline pump (through the FTE forum), I contacted Bob and he indicated that this pump would definitely help - man was he RIGHT! I had to wait a couple of weeks for the pump to be manufactured and sent off, but it was worth it.
The install wasn't too bad, about 4 hours, if you take out lunch and a run to the auto store to get RTV for the cover plate (not mentioned in the instructions that I needed RTV). I called Bob 2x, first time to ask about getting the drive bolt off, as I tried to loosen it the whole engine turned. He recommended I use a breaker bar and hit with a hammer to simulate an impact wrench. It worked. The second was to ask about tricks to get the oil lines back on, he told me to suck it up and keep trying (not quite those words), it worked, I got them back on. Tightened it all back up, no oil leaks, but a small fuel leak out of the upper line - I did not have bushing or o-rings or whatever I needed there. So, for not even a shade tree mechanic, not a terribly difficult process. Oh, I did seem to have a little bit of air in there, so I ran it for a while on the freeway, then "burped" the air out by cracking the ICP when done. Air out, starts beautifully. I think engine noise when accelerating is down a bit too.
HUGE Results -my ICP pressure flattened out over 2800psi - it did not drop once it flattened. That is a gain of almost 1000psi!!!!! I had incredible power continuing up to speed. I used to get a SES and 1211 after WOT for about 5 seconds, then the light. I also noticed (prior to this) that once the truck got going, it seemed to hit a wall and stay there. Now with the Adrenaline it is the energizer bunny - just keeps going. I also can't wait to get a trailer behind it. I used to dread all the hills, now I can't wait to run up them. This is my early 99 f-250 psd it has 250,000 miles and all original and I have owned it since new. I have installed a billet converter, DIY intake, crankcase vent system, 4"turbo-back exhaust, an adrenaline HPOP, edge evo 2 programmer. the best addition to to truck to date would have to be the adrenaline. That thing is awesome!!!!!!!!!! it pulls like hell now!!! i fell like i am 16 again and can't wait to wake up to drive!!!!!!! future mods include a CPR fuel system a d66 turbo and stage 2 injectors. Man.... I still can't believe the HPOP....with it turned to stock it feels like the tow program!!!!! waiting on my BRV . It throws a boost code every time i step on it now!!!! As you know I built this truck to tow with. Our latest journey has taken us from Idaho to Colorado . Lots of long uphills and altitude changes. My truck has NEVER pulled as hard as it does now!! This pump has given me a whole different truck. the power comes on sooner and the torque curve is so broad and flat it amaizing. A short story.... we were leaving Ogden Utah up Echo Canyon to Evanston Wy . Its basicly 70 miles of up hill, twisting canyon road. Speed limit 75 with 55 mph corners. Remember I just scaled at 26,160 lbs. so this is a heavy load. Anyway, I find myself having to SLOW DOWN for the corners!!! I was grinning from ear to ear. Bob and Sheryl, you have hit a home run with this pump. The 7.3 is alive and well because of people like you.
Here is the first Dieselsite FedEx truck. I had an hpop go out and was looking for a replacement. I used Bobs adrenaline for the 7.3. This thing used to have no power. Start ups were horrible. It couldn't even get out of its own way. Once the pump was installed those problems were history. This thing starts great and has more power than it ever has. It's quieter, and just runs great. 356,000 miles on stock injectors as well. His pump brought my FedEx truck back to life. Highly recommend it. Thanks bob and Sheryl.
