Rudy's Bucks Program Terms

Rudy's Bucks is the customer rewards program operated by Rudy's Performance Parts. These terms explain how Rudy's Bucks are earned, held, redeemed and forfeited. By enrolling, you agree to these terms. If the marketing description of the program and these terms differ, these terms apply.

1. Eligibility and Enrollment

• Rudy's Bucks requires a customer account on rudysdiesel.com. Guest checkouts do not earn rewards.

• You must be 18 or older and have a valid email address on the account.

• One account is allowed per person. Multiple accounts operated by the same person may be merged or closed, and rewards may be forfeited.

• Enrollment is free and happens automatically when you create an account.

• Creating an account earns 500 Rudy's Bucks.

• Rudy's Bucks belong to the account that earned them. Updating the email address or other details on your account does not affect your balance.

2. What Rudy's Bucks Are Worth

100 Rudy's Bucks = $1 in rewards.

Rudy's Bucks are promotional rewards with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, transferred, pooled between accounts or combined with another customer's balance.

3. Earning Rudy's Bucks

On qualifying purchases, you earn 2 Rudy's Bucks per $1 spent, which works out to 2% back in rewards. There is no cap on how many Rudy's Bucks you can earn.

Only orders placed directly on rudysdiesel.com while signed in to your account earn Rudy's Bucks. Orders placed by phone, by email or through a sales representative do not qualify.

You may also earn Rudy's Bucks for other activities, such as creating an account, subscribing to marketing emails, writing a product review or your birthday. Current amounts are shown on our Loyalty Page.

• If you earn Rudy's Bucks for subscribing to marketing emails, unsubscribing later does not remove rewards already earned. Resubscribing does not qualify for the same bonus again.

• Review rewards apply only to reviews submitted through our on-site review system. Rewards are given for any honest review and are never conditioned on the review being positive. Reviews that received a reward may be labeled as such on our site.

• We do not offer rewards, discounts or other consideration for reviews posted on Google or other third-party platforms.

4. Redeeming Rudy's Bucks

Available Rudy's Bucks may be redeemed toward qualifying purchases. Our Loyalty Page shows the current redemption options, including:

• The minimum number of Rudy's Bucks needed to redeem.

• Any limit on how much of an order can be paid with Rudy's Bucks.

• Whether Rudy's Bucks can be combined with coupon codes or other promotions.

Rudy's Bucks can only be applied to the eligible portion of an order (see Section 5). Pending Rudy's Bucks cannot be redeemed until they become available (see Section 6).

5. What Does Not Earn or Qualify

Rudy's Bucks are not earned on:

• Products or brands excluded under manufacturer pricing agreements.

• Taxes, shipping charges, surcharges or fees.

• Gift card purchases.

• Core charges or other refundable deposits.

• The portion of an order paid with Rudy's Bucks, a referral code or another promotional discount.

• Orders placed by phone, by email, through a sales representative or any other way than directly on rudysdiesel.com. Dealer orders placed through our B2B portal are covered in Section 10.

• Orders placed through third-party marketplaces such as eBay or Amazon.

• Orders that are canceled, unpaid, fraudulent or fully refunded.

Rudy's Bucks and referral codes also cannot be redeemed toward products or brands excluded under manufacturer pricing agreements, or toward orders placed any way other than directly on rudysdiesel.com or through our B2B portal.

If an order contains both eligible and excluded products, Rudy's Bucks are earned and redeemed only on the eligible portion of the order.

Exclusions may change as manufacturer agreements change. Product pages show whether an item is eligible. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

6. When Rudy's Bucks Become Available

Rudy's Bucks earned from a purchase stay pending and become available 30 days after the order ships.

This holding period matches our 30-day return window. It keeps rewards from being spent on merchandise that is later returned or refunded.

Availability periods for non-purchase rewards, such as reviews, birthdays or promotions, may vary and are shown on the Loyalty Page.

7. Referral Rewards

Enrolled customers may receive a personal referral link.

When a new customer places their first qualifying order through your link, you receive a $10 discount code. The code is equal in value to 1,000 Rudy's Bucks but is issued as a separate code, not added to your Rudy's Bucks balance.

• Referral codes are issued 30 days after the referred order ships, as long as the order has not been canceled, returned or refunded.

• Referral codes follow the same exclusions as Rudy's Bucks (see Section 5), including products and brands excluded under manufacturer pricing agreements.

• Referral codes have no minimum order. The code's expiration date is shown on the code.

• Self-referrals, referrals to existing customers, and referrals generated through bulk posting, paid placement or automated methods do not qualify.

8. Returns, Cancellations and Adjustments

• Bucks you earned: If an order or item is canceled, returned or refunded, the Rudy's Bucks earned from that part of the purchase are removed.

• Bucks you spent: If you redeem Rudy's Bucks for a reward or discount and later return the order, the Rudy's Bucks used to obtain that reward are not automatically restored. Your refund will be based on the amount actually paid after any Rudy's Bucks reward or discount was applied.

• Partial returns: Rudy's Bucks earned are removed based on the value of the items returned.

• Negative balances: If earned Rudy's Bucks were already spent before the return, your balance may become negative. Future earnings will be applied to the negative balance first.

• Referral codes: A referral code used on a returned order is not reissued.

9. Staying Active and Expiration

Rudy's Bucks stay active as long as you complete at least one purchase every 12 months. Any completed purchase resets the 12-month period.

• If your account goes 12 months in a row without a completed purchase, your available Rudy's Bucks balance is forfeited.

• For accounts that have never completed a purchase, the 12-month period starts when the account is created.

• We will email the address on your account about 30 days before your balance expires.

• Rudy's Bucks are also forfeited if the account is closed by you or by us.

10. Dealer and Wholesale Accounts

Dealer and wholesale accounts earn Rudy's Bucks on all qualifying purchases, including orders at dealer pricing, as long as the order is placed through our B2B portal.

• Orders placed by phone, email or any other channel outside the B2B portal do not earn Rudy's Bucks.

• The exclusions in Section 5 still apply, including products and brands excluded under manufacturer pricing agreements.

• Rudy's Bucks earned through a dealer account belong to that account, not to any individual buyer associated with it.

11. Program Abuse and Errors

We may remove Rudy's Bucks, void referral codes, suspend earning or close an account if we identify:

• Duplicate accounts.

• False or fraudulent reviews.

• Referral manipulation.

• Orders placed mainly to generate rewards without genuine purchase intent.

• Chargeback abuse.

• Fraudulent activity.

• Attempts to obtain rewards in a way the program was not intended to allow.

When appropriate, we will tell you the reason for the action taken.

If Rudy's Bucks or referral codes are credited to your account by mistake, including through a system or pricing error, we may correct or remove them.

12. Changes to the Program

We may change earning rates, redemption options, exclusions or other parts of the Rudy's Bucks program. We may also suspend or end the program.

• Changes apply going forward from the date they are posted. Rudy's Bucks already in your available balance keep their value of 100 Rudy's Bucks = $1.

• If the program is ended, we will give enrolled customers at least 30 days' notice by email. During that period, available Rudy's Bucks may be redeemed under the program rules.

• Any available Rudy's Bucks left after the program ends will expire. Pending, forfeited or unused Rudy's Bucks have no cash value and will not be compensated.

13. Taxes, Privacy and Other Terms

• Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes that may arise from rewards you receive. Rudy's Performance Parts does not provide tax advice.

• Privacy: Information collected through the program, such as your purchase history and birthday, is handled under our Privacy Policy.

• Other terms: These program terms are part of our website Terms and Conditions. If they conflict, these program terms apply to Rudy's Bucks.
