Timeframe for Core Returns Cores must be received by Rudy’s Performance Parts within 60 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund or credit. This 60-day period ensures that returns are processed efficiently, and customers receive their refund in a timely manner. Cores received after the 60-day window will no longer be accepted or eligible for a refund.
Returns After 60 Days Any core returned after the 60-day period will not be eligible for a refund or credit, and Rudy’s Performance Parts will not accept these returns. Please make sure to return your core within the allotted timeframe to avoid any issues with your refund.
Shipping Responsibilities Customers are responsible for all core return shipping costs, unless otherwise arranged and approved by Rudy’s Performance Parts prior to shipping. Condition of Returned Cores Cores must be returned in acceptable condition, free of excessive damage or modification, to qualify for a refund or credit. Rudy’s Performance Parts reserves the right to inspect all returned cores and adjust the refund based on their condition.

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication and a reasonable opportunity for Rudy’s to resolve the issue may be considered fraudulent activity and a breach of these terms.
Rudy’s Performance Parts will provide order documentation, shipping confirmation, and communication records as proof of a valid transaction in the event of a dispute.
Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in recovery of all associated costs, fees, damages, and legal expenses, and may be referred to collections or legal action. -
Proof of Delivery and Acceptance
Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are deemed received by the customer. Rudy’s Performance Parts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for claims involving lost, stolen, or misdelivered shipments. -
Declined, Reversed, or Disputed Payments
If your payment is declined, reversed, or disputed after processing, Rudy’s Performance Parts reserves the right to suspend fulfillment, cancel the order, and/or recover any fees, damages, or associated costs resulting from the reversal.
We may also suspend future orders or refuse service to any account with unresolved payment issues. -
