aFe Power pairs a housing with an auxiliary inlet duct for improved airflow with a heat-insulating XLPE polymer intake tube that provides a direct airflow path. The Pro 5R filter uses five-layer progressively finer cotton gauze media, pre-oiled for maximum airflow, and it is washable and reusable for the life of the vehicle. The kit installs using factory mounting locations.
