aFe Power pairs a 18-gauge powder-coated heat shield that uses all factory mounting locations with a large computer-designed roto-molded intake tube with a silicone throttle body adapter. The Pro 5R filter uses five-layer progressively finer cotton gauze media, pre-oiled for maximum airflow, and it is washable and reusable for the life of the vehicle. The kit installs using factory mounting locations.
