aFe Power pairs a sturdy 18-gauge powder-coated one-piece heat shield that uses stock mounting locations with a computer-designed, dyno-tuned XLPE intake tube with a flexible silicone elbow coupling. The Pro 5R filter uses five-layer progressively finer cotton gauze media, pre-oiled for maximum airflow, and it is washable and reusable for the life of the vehicle. The kit installs using factory mounting locations.
