The next generation of air intakes is here! aFe Momentum GT Pro 5R air intake systems use the most up-to-date engineering tools and techniques to provide you with the perfect blend of power and protection. Their one-piece sealed housing with an auxiliary air scoop is designed to eliminate the use of multiple housings and ensure the coolest air intake charge available. A urethane plug is also included for those cold-weather applications where you want to block off the auxiliary air scoop.
These systems feature premium stainless steel T-bolt clamps and a 2-ply, reinforced silicone coupler at the throttle body for increased strength and durability. They also include a 5-layer washable and reusable Pro 5R air filter. Experience maximum horsepower gains, huge low-end towing power, increased torque, and a throaty, mean growl for your performance machine with the Momentum GT Pro 5R air intake systems from aFe.
Large Five Layer Performance Air Filter:
This 360-degree radial flow air filter features our pre-oiled Pro 5R media with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance. Our Pro 5R media provides your engine with the largest amount of high-flowing air, usually resulting in the highest power gains out of all our filter media options. This media is perfect for street and/or track use. Its inverted top makes for more filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals.
Unique One-Piece Housing:
The smooth one-piece sealed housing, constructed of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), features our patented pending filter-to-housing interface. Its innovative design minimizes the total number of parts, making for an easy installation. A large, clear sight window allows for hassle-free filter inspection, without having to disassemble your system. The housing incorporates the factory air inlet scoop.
Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube:
This system features a high quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Its XLPE material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable.
Premium Components:
Stainless-steel clamps are included for strength, and a premium silicone coupling allows for ample flexibility. Momentum GT intakes are designed with fewer parts for a fast and easy installation.
