Air Lift's LoadLifter 5000 for Lifted Trucks is built for the specific problem a block spacer lift creates: the factory air spring kit no longer reaches. This side mount version is engineered for 2017-2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 trucks running leaf spring block spacer-style lifts, delivering up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity on a truck that has already been raised.
It works with any lift that retains the factory leaf springs, spring retainer and u-bolts, and factory frame-to-leaf spring distance. Air springs adjust from 5 to 100 PSI for precise control, leveling the truck when towing or hauling and eliminating sag and bottoming out.
