This is the AirDog® II-5G DF-220-5G fuel system for the 2004.5-2018 Dodge Ram Common Rail Cummins. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. A 5/8" draw straw is used to pull fuel from the tank. The pressure side connects directly into the side of the injection pump, bypassing the factory fuel filter housing. The AirDog® Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through the original suction fitting in the modified fuel module. This is a 220GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system for highly modified trucks. The PureFlow AirDog® universal fuel sump helps aid aftermarket fuel systems by utilizing gravity to pull fuel from the tank. Our redesigned sump has both a suction and return port! We integrated a dual o-ring seal to prevent leaks! The installation of our fuel sump eliminates the common 1/4 tank suction issue associated with a draw straw-style fuel pickup. This sump is manufactured in America using corrosion resistant components.
