Description

The Alliant Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor (AP63458) for 1998.5-2004 Dodge 5.9L Cummins is a direct replacement for your factory APPS sensor. 

 

A "Dead Pedal" as well as diagnostic trouble codes are common symptoms of a faulty sensor. This sensor is designed for applications where the APPS is mounted under the intake horn on the drivers side of the engine. This sensor fits both Automatic and Manual Transmissions. 

 

Fits:

  • 1998.5-2002 5.9L ISB with VP44
  • 2003-2004 5.9L ISB with Common Rail

 

Note: Will NOT fit on 2004 applications where the APPS is located under the battery.
