Description

Stop valve cover oil leaks and fix the cracked injector harness connectors that plague the late 7.3L Power Stroke with the Alliant Power Engine Valve Cover Repair Kit. It fits 1998-2003 Ford F-250/F-350/F-450/F-550 Super Duty, Excursion, E-Series, and F-650/F-750 trucks with the 7.3L, along with 1998-2003 International T444E-powered chassis, and services one side of the engine.

Alliant Power builds the kit to OEM fit, form, and function so the gasket seats cleanly against the head and the harness connector seals the pass-through, keeping oil in and contamination out of the valvetrain. It is the fresh-seal solution any time the valve cover comes off for injector, glow plug, or UVC harness work.
