Renew the seals on your injection pressure regulator with the Alliant Power IPR Valve Seal Kit, built for the 2003-2007 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550, the 2003-2005 Ford Excursion and the 2004-2010 Ford E-350 and E-450 with the 6.0L Powerstroke diesel. It supplies the replacement sealing components and filter screen the IPR valve needs, so the existing valve can go back into service instead of being replaced.
The kit packs four pieces: an O-ring, a backup ring, an orifice O-ring and a replacement screen. It services Alliant AP63416 and AP63417 valves, and the included screen also replaces the different original screen used on the AP63416, giving the Ford 6.0L Powerstroke IPR valve fresh sealing surfaces at a fraction of the cost of a new valve.
