Remanufactured to Original Equipment specifications, it meters the exact fuel quantity and spray pattern the engine was designed around, bringing back the power, fuel economy and emissions control that a worn injector takes away.
Each core is cleaned, inspected and rebuilt on OE tooling with the critical wear components replaced, then run through end-of-line testing for fuel delivery, timing, peak injection and assembly leakage before it ships. The result is an injector that performs to OE specification, whether the truck is working or commuting. A $100 core charge is collected at checkout and refunded once the rebuildable core is returned.
