Since 1995, ATS Diesel has led the industry in exhaust gas technology. By combining patented Pulse Flow geometry with high-grade D3 High Silica Moly (HSM) cast iron, this manifold not only outlasts the stock version but actively improves efficiency by lowering EGTs and reducing back pressure
Features:
- Advanced Ceramic Coating: Each manifold is finished in a high-temp ceramic coating providing substrate protection up to 1600°F and environmental protection up to 2000°F. This clean black finish traps heat inside the manifold to reduce extreme under-hood temperatures while effectively preventing corrosion and rusting
- Prevent Manifold Failure: The stock MOPAR 68444858AA manifold is prone to shrinking, which often snaps studs and causes leaks. The ATS multi-piece design allows for thermal expansion without stressing the cylinder head of your 2019-2024 RAM Pickup 6.7L Cummins
- D3 HSM Material: Constructed from High Silica Moly iron, designed to withstand the extreme heat cycles of heavy towing without cracking or becoming brittle
- Lower EGTs & Better Flow: The patented internal bell mouth design smooths out exhaust pulses, increasing velocity and improving turbocharger spool-up
- Reliable Clamping: Designed to work perfectly with ATS 12.9-grade black oxide studs for maximum clamping force
