Description

Banks Ram-Air differential cover are unlike any others. After testing covers with flat-backs and those with larger fluid capacities, it was apparent that those covers do not cool as well as advertised and suffer from poor fluid dynamics. As a result, flat-backs reduce fuel economy. Banks Ram-Air differential cover extends lubrication life and retains fuel economy!

The Banks Power Sterling 10.25 & 10.5 Rear Ram-Air Differential Cover will cool the 12-bolt 10.25" or 10.5" differential in your 1985-2023 Ford F-250/350. This differential cover was designed to outperform its competitors by offering better cooling and improved fluid dynamic for the gears. This means increased distances between service intervals and less lubricant required as it cools better with less gear oil.


The Banks Power Sterling 10.25 & 10.5 Rear Ram-Air Differential Cover is constructed out of die-cast A380 aircraft aluminum for durability and strength. The CNC-machined mounting surface and high-pressure O-ring seal makes certain this cover will have a precise fit. With magnetic fill & drain plugs, this will be sure to catch any loose particles or debris in your gear oil. A built-in sight-glass with contrast screen allows you to check fluid level and the condition of the gear oil without removing the cover. The internal and external fins work in tandem with the Ram-Air System w/Breakaway Scoop to ensures this differential cover provides maximum cooling. With T304 stainless steel hex flanged mounting bolts, this differential come with everything you need for installation. A Limited Lifetime Warranty means this differential cover will last the life of your truck.
