Description

The BD-Power 1045947 Exhaust Pulse Manifold features a heavy-duty multi-piece design to eliminate manifold cracks in your 1998.5-2002 Dodge 5.9L Cummins. The single piece design of the factory exhaust manifold is prone to cracks which causes exhaust leaks that can rob you of power. The BD-Power Exhaust Pulse Manifold is cast from high silicon ductile iron, and features an expansion joint to allow the manifold to expand and contract without cracking.

As the name would imply, these manifolds are "pulse tuned" to assist in combustion chamber evacuation and increased exhaust flow. The result is quicker turbo spool-up, reduced backpressure, increased power, and better fuel economy. Great for stock, and performance applications. Pre-drilled and tapped for pyrometer probe.
