For 1989-2003 CAT 3406B, 3406C, 3406E, C15 and C16 truck owners, the all-new Lighter Aluminum Billet Wheel Turbo delivers performance, reliability and fuel economy. Bully Dog Big Rig’s 80mm Stage 2.5 Billet Wheel Turbo Charger is an OEM replacement for trucks making from 700 to 1,000 horsepower. Engineered & Manufactured with Bully Dog’s renowned quality, this turbo features improved torque and fuel economy as well as lower EGT’s(Exhaust Gas Temperatures). With a quicker spool up and better craftsmanship than OEM turbos — the Stage 2 turbo 80mm is perfect for high horsepower applications that need more power, responsiveness and massive airflow.

Bully Dog offers a 78mm Stage 2 CAT Turbo for rigs running in the 400 to 750 horsepower range. The 78mm Stage 2 turbo runs best over 500 horsepower. They also offer an 80mm Stage 2 turbo for trucks in the 600 to 900 horsepower range. Those two turbos both feature a 1.45 AR exhaust housing. This 80mm Stage 2.5 turbo is available for even higher horsepower applications in the 700 to 1,000 horsepower range. It features a 1.58 AR exhaust housing.
