On top of that the 3rd Gen STR is one of the quickest spooling turbos we have tested on the 5.9L Cummins. The quick spool-up of the STR is a "must-have" if you daily drive your truck often do any towing. The STR is designed to be a direct bolt-on upgrade and requires nothing more than removing the stock charger and dropping this one in its place. No tuning is required to get up and running.
