APR's Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake for the 2009 Audi A4 2.0T B8 is a high-performance airflow upgrade engineered to increase horsepower, torque, and throttle response on the 2.0T TFSI four-cylinder. APR's closed carbon fiber airbox retains the factory OEM air inlet opening at the leading hood edge - the highest pressure zone of airflow across the vehicle - while eliminating the rubber inlet snorkel known to collapse under load and devastate power delivery, replacing it with a direct, unrestricted airflow path to the filter.

The result is increased mass airflow, lower intake air temperatures, a more aggressive engine sound, and improved fuel economy - all with no engine modifications required. The massive washable cotton gauze filter is positioned as close as possible to the high-pressure hood inlet for maximum ram air effect and can be cleaned and reinstalled with no replacement interval. This system is 50-state legal including California, with a CARB Executive Order number issued.
