Every Adrenaline High Pressure Oil Pump includes a 3-year unlimited mileage warranty. Coverage applies to manufacturing defects and normal operation. Warranty does not cover abuse, tampering, or obvious physical damage. Any pump that has been disassembled or modified is not eligible for warranty coverage.
As of 2020, all Adrenaline pumps are built using the Steel Insert design. OEM thread configurations are no longer available.
Product Overview
The Adrenaline HPOP is a high-volume, high-pressure oil pump designed for 1994-2003 Ford 7.3L Power Stroke applications. It is a direct bolt-in replacement that supports stock injectors as well as larger aftermarket injector combinations.
Higher oil volume can help maintain injection control pressure under load, improve injector performance, and support larger injectors that demand more oil than the factory pump can provide. While stock trucks can benefit from improved drivability and towing performance, the largest gains are typically seen on trucks equipped with upgraded injectors and custom tuning.

Injector Compatibility
The Adrenaline pump is designed to support the following injector configurations:
- AA Code Single Shot (1994-1997 7.3L) - Stock to 200cc
- AB Code Split Shot (Early 1999 and California 1997) - Stock to 175cc
- AD Code Split Shot (1999.5-2003) - Stock to 175cc
- AC Code Single Shot (T444E and aftermarket applications) - Stock to 200cc
- AD Hybrid Injectors - Up to 285cc

Core Return Information
A refundable core charge applies unless you choose to send your core in advance.
- Return your pump core within 45 days for a full core refund.
- Any 1994-2003 7.3L HPOP can be used as your required core.
- The core does not need to come from the same model year truck.
- Core returns received after 45 days are eligible for a $125 credit rather than a full refund.
- If additional time is needed, contact Rudy's before the 45-day period expires.
- You may avoid the core charge by selecting the option to send your core before shipment.
Additional core purchases:
- 1994-2003 7.3L HPOP cores: $125 each
- 2003-2004 6.0L HPOP cores: $125 each
- 2005-2007 6.0L cast iron HPOP cores: $85 each
Aftermarket high-pressure oil pumps are not accepted as cores. Severely damaged housings may receive reduced core credit.

P1211 Code Information
If your truck is experiencing a P1211 code or has been diagnosed with a weak HPOP, verify the root cause before replacing the pump. In some cases, tuning or programming issues can create symptoms that resemble a failing high-pressure oil pump, especially on trucks with stock injectors.
Proper diagnosis can help determine whether the pump is actually the source of the problem.
Anti-Drainback Feature Selection
- Engine serial number 201680 and below (1994-1995): Anti-drainback feature required
- Engine serial number 201681 and above (1996-2003): Anti-drainback feature not required
