Our shift knobs are a key staple in the Diesels and Dirtbags arsenal. The Extended Aluminum Shift Knob is machined from solid aluminum rod for a lifetime of durability and a comfortable, elongated grip that puts the knob right where you want it.

Select your shift pattern and thread pitch for a perfect fit with your shifter.

  • Finishes: Raw billet aluminum or anodized black
  • Options: Multiple shift patterns and thread pitches (3/8-16, M10x1.5, 1/2-13)
  • Material: CNC-machined aluminum

Factory Duramax shifters are splined, so this knob is not a direct replacement on a stock shifter. It is made to fit Diesels and Dirtbags shifters, or you can weld a thread onto the end of your factory shifter.
