Garmin’s 8" Tread Powersports Navigator - SxS Edition is built to help you navigate unfamiliar terrain and stay connected on remote rides. It comes preloaded with topographic and street maps of North America, including U.S. Forest Service roads, trails, and public land boundaries, and features an 8" multi-touch glove-friendly display with high-brightness HD color TFT and white backlight.
Use the Tread app on your smartphone to connect to cellular data, share routes, sync waypoints, and access smart notifications such as text messages and live weather reports. The included Group Ride Radio allows you to track and communicate with up to 20 other riders, and the included hand mic lets you stay in touch on the trail.
Designed for powersports use, this rugged unit is IP67 weather-resistant and includes built-in altimeter, barometer, compass, gyroscope, and pitch and roll gauges. It can be used hard wired or with the backup battery, and the rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides up to 6 hours of battery life, or up to 1 hour at 100% backlight. It also offers 64 GB of expandable memory with a microSD slot supporting up to 256 GB.
