The SPE Motorsport Strike VGT Stage-2 Turbo is a complete ground-up redesign, not just a parts swap on a modified factory turbo. If you want to make serious power on the 2011-2019 6.7L Powerstroke, this turbo was engineered for the job — Snyder Performance Engineering designed a new turbine wheel, new turbine housing, new compressor wheel, new compressor housing, and enlarged oil flow passages through the center section, then re-matched the A/R (area over radius) ratios to complement the larger wheel package. The result is a turbo that drives like stock but supports a proven 150HP more than a maxed-out factory 2015+ turbo.
Like the Stage-1 Strike, the Stage-2 features SPE's signature 360° hardened thrust bearing with optimized journal bearings, a one-piece cast compressor cover (eliminating the OEM two-piece failure point), a stepped gap exhaust seal in a higher-nickel alloy, and Cimat VSR balancing for smooth, quiet operation. The 10-blade turbine wheel sounds and performs as good as it drives. The Stage-2 is for builders who want more than just a drop-in fix — it's the Strike family's high-output option for serious horsepower targets with factory-style drivability.
