Rudy's has developed a cold-side intercooler pipe and boot kit for the 2008-2010 6.4L Powerstroke. The factory pipe and boot features numerous restrictive bends and does not stand a chance against the heat and pressure of your high-powered 6.4L; upgrade to the Rudy's kit for increased reliability, durability, and performance.
Rudy's cold-side pipe is constructed of mandrel bent aluminum with a polished finish. Rudy's cold-side pipe eliminates restrictive bends in the factory pipe, allowing for improvements in airflow, power, and EGTs. To add even more reliability this kit includes Rudy's constant-tension T-bolt clamps for accurate and consistent holding power. This cold-side pipe and boot kit is the perfect addition to the Rudy's 6.4L Powerstroke performance intercooler. Trimming required to radiator core support for installation.

The engineers at Rudy's designed this kit to be a two-piece pipe kit, compared to the factory one-piece pipe, allowing for much easier installation and removal. Rudy's hot-side intercooler pipe eliminates restrictive bends in the factory pipe, allowing for improvements in airflow, power, and EGTs. To add even more reliability, this kit includes Rudy's Constant-Tension T-Bolt Clamps for accurate and consistent holding power.
