This HPS Performance Polished Hot Side Charge Pipe Kit (Part Number 17-146P) with ultra high temperature silicone boots is a simple and effective replacement and performance upgrade from the L5P Duramax restrictive stock intercooler piping (hot side). The 2017-2019 Silverado/Sierra 2500 and 3500 trucks stock intercooler piping is a known weak point in the Duramax's powertrain. With OEM replacements constantly on backorder, a solution for this issue had to be put in place. Replace your defective stock part with an upgrade that won't leave you stranded. Enjoy increased long-term reliability, quicker acceleration, and easier towing. HPS Charge Pipe Kits emphasize easy installation in its design by utilizing 3D modeling during the product's development to ensure a perfect fit. This two-piece kit allows for easier installation while taking into consideration the dynamics under the hood. The larger 3" OD mandrel-bent aluminum piping offers increased air volume and improved airflow. This charge pipe kit includes HPS oil resistant high temperature 4-ply reinforced silicone couplers and heavy duty stainless steel spring loaded T-bolt clamps.
