The ICON Stage 1 Suspension System was developed for 2017-2019 Ford F-150 Raptor owners looking for a significant improvement in suspension performance without dramatically altering the truck's proven factory geometry. Built around ICON's premium 3.0 Series front coilovers and rear bypass shocks, this system improves ride quality, increases suspension control, and provides the adjustability needed for everything from daily driving to aggressive off-road use.
Through extensive testing on and off the pavement, ICON engineered this package to take advantage of the Gen 2 Raptor's suspension design while addressing the limitations of the factory shock package. The result is a suspension system that delivers improved control, greater consistency, and enhanced confidence across a wide range of driving conditions.
Front 3.0 Series Coilovers
The heart of the Stage 1 system is ICON's 3.0 Series coilover package. These coilovers feature increased shaft travel, larger internal components, and vehicle-specific valving to improve both ride quality and suspension performance.

ICON's Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV) technology provides ten levels of adjustment, allowing drivers to fine-tune suspension response based on terrain, driving style, and vehicle load.
Bump Zone Technology
The front coilovers incorporate ICON's hydraulic Bump Zone technology, which progressively increases damping force during the final portion of suspension travel. This helps improve bottom-out resistance when driving aggressively off-road or encountering large impacts.

Rear 3.0 Series Bypass Shocks
