Description

The ICON Stage 3 Suspension System takes the foundation established by the Stage 2 package and adds one of the most significant upgrades available for the rear of the 2017-2019 Ford F-150 Raptor: a complete multi-rate leaf spring system. By combining ICON's premium 3.0 Series shocks, billet upper control arms, and adjustable rear leaf springs, this package delivers improved suspension control, enhanced ride quality, and greater adaptability for a wide range of vehicle setups.

Whether the truck is used for high-speed off-road driving, overlanding, towing, or daily transportation, the Stage 3 system provides a more balanced suspension package that improves performance at both ends of the vehicle.

Front 3.0 Series Coilovers with CDCV Adjustment

ICON's 3.0 Series front coilovers provide increased wheel travel, improved damping control, and adjustable ride height while maintaining excellent on-road comfort.

Multi-Rate Rear Leaf Spring System

The biggest upgrade in the Stage 3 package is ICON's multi-rate rear leaf spring system. Developed specifically for the Gen 2 Raptor, these leaf springs improve ride quality, increase rear suspension performance, and reduce axle wrap while providing adjustable load-carrying capability.

Unlike the factory springs, the ICON leaf packs feature multiple spring-rate configurations that allow the suspension to be tailored to the truck's intended use.

The rear suspension package is completed with ICON's 3.0 Series three-tube bypass shocks. Designed specifically for the Raptor's rear suspension layout, these shocks maximize wheel travel and provide precise damping control throughout suspension movement.
