The ICON Stage 4 Suspension System is the most complete package in this group for 2017-2019 Ford F-150 Raptor owners who want serious off-road control, improved suspension balance, and additional bottom-out protection. Building on the front coilovers, billet upper control arms, rear bypass shocks, and multi-rate leaf springs found in the Stage 3 system, Stage 4 adds ICON's hydraulic rear bump stop kit for greater control during hard impacts and aggressive terrain.
This system is designed for Raptor owners who push their trucks harder off-road, carry added gear, or want a more complete suspension package that improves ride quality, rear-end control, chassis stability, and impact management.
Hydraulic Rear Bump Stop System
The defining upgrade in the Stage 4 system is ICON's hydraulic rear bump stop kit. Factory bump stops have limited energy absorption and can release energy harshly during rebound, which can lead to a rough ride and reduced control in aggressive off-road conditions.
ICON's hydraulic bump stops help manage the final portion of rear suspension travel by absorbing impact energy more progressively. This improves bottom-out resistance, reduces rear-end kick, and helps the truck remain more composed when landing, crossing whoops, or driving through rough terrain at speed.

Reinforced Rear Structure
The rear bump stop system includes more than just the hydraulic bump stops. ICON also includes heavy-duty steel clamshell brackets, a billet aluminum frame crossmember, adjustable tension rods, and the hardware needed for installation.

Front 3.0 Series Coilovers with CDCV Adjustment
The front suspension uses ICON's 3.0 Series coilovers with Compression Damping Control Valve adjustment. These coilovers provide increased wheel travel, improved damping capacity, and adjustable ride height while maintaining strong on-road comfort.

Billet Upper Control Arms with Delta Joints

Rear 3.0 Series Bypass Shocks
ICON's 3.0 Series rear bypass shocks provide controlled damping throughout the suspension travel range. Multiple compression and rebound zones allow the truck to stay comfortable during normal driving while providing the control needed for aggressive off-road terrain.

Multi-Rate Rear Leaf Springs
The included ICON multi-rate leaf spring system improves rear suspension compliance, adds droop travel, and helps reduce axle wrap. The adjustable design allows the spring rate to be configured for different vehicle setups, from lighter daily-driven trucks to Raptors carrying added gear, racks, tools, or overland equipment.
