This upgraded version includes a premium polished aluminum compressor housing, giving your engine bay a high-end, show-quality appearance compared to standard raw-cast units. The newest-generation design features a fully re-engineered compressor and turbine section with modern aero, a 4-inch ported anti-surge compressor housing, and a quick-response 0.91 A/R turbine housing inspired by high-efficiency turbo geometry.
KC Turbo redesigned every key component, including a 7x7 SXE-style billet compressor wheel with extended-tip technology, a thick-shaft SXE turbine wheel, steel thrust inserts, and 200% larger thrust and journal bearings. The polished compressor cover not only enhances airflow but also improves durability and visual appeal. The integrated cast-iron backing plate prevents flex under heat and boost, while the updated wastegate actuator and high-flow non-EBPV outlet improve boost control under heavy load. This turbo is 100% drop-in on E99 trucks and is recommended for 205/30 to 238/80 injector setups.
