Upgrade the boost cooling on your 2015-2024 Ford F-150 2.7L or 3.5L V6 EcoBoost with the KC Turbos Upgraded All Aluminum Intercooler. Its TIG welded bar and plate core is 85% larger than the factory intercooler, maximizing air flow and heat dissipation while minimizing turbo stress.
KC Turbos is a family owned and operated company in Apache Junction, Arizona, well known for its premium performance turbo upgrades for Ford Powerstrokes. The intercooler replaces the factory plastic end tanks with high flow cast aluminum end tanks for lower intake air temps and a stronger build. It drops right into the factory location on the Ford F-150 and works with either OEM or aftermarket boots and charge pipes.
