This complete installation system replaces the complicated Ford Racing retrofit process with a faster-installing, more efficient solution engineered by KC Turbos. The 2017+ journal-bearing turbo design is well known for improved durability, lower failure rates, and superior performance compared to the factory 2011–2014 ball-bearing units.
This kit supports your choice of KC Whistler Stage 1, KC Whistler Stage 2, or a Garrett OEM 2017+ turbo, giving you flexibility for towing, daily driving, or performance builds. All required components are included—pedestal, lower intake, EGR hardware, coolant feed, boots, clamps, and gaskets—making this the most complete and installer-friendly upgrade kit available for early 6.7 Powerstroke trucks.
