Upgrade your 2011-2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke with the KC Turbos Jetfire drop-in turbo, a high-performance replacement engineered for truck owners who want more airflow, better efficiency, and improved response. Designed as a direct replacement for 2011-2019 F-250, F-350, and F-450 6.7L Powerstroke applications, the Jetfire raises your truck's performance ceiling without sacrificing drivability, making it the ideal towing and daily driver turbo combination. This Non-Whistler version runs without the turbo whistle.
The KC Jetfire features KC's custom ported compressor cover, next-gen Jetfire technology turbine wheel, high-flow vane cage, and upgraded gen 3 KC compressor wheel. The factory turbo performs well, but its airflow limits show up under load and in performance use. The Jetfire expands airflow capacity while improving boost control, reducing back pressure, lowering EGTs, and delivering quicker spool-up, giving you more usable power while keeping the drivability needed for daily driving and heavy towing. It is ideal for 2011-2019 trucks running a stock HPFP or an upgraded DCR or CPX pump, maximizing stock injectors and capable of 650-700 HP with supporting mods.
