The KC Vortex Stage 2 Turbo delivers a major performance upgrade for your LLY, LBZ, or LMM Duramax while retaining true drop-in fitment. This turbo features an advanced 64mm billet compressor wheel and a 66mm high-flow 10-blade turbine designed to improve power, spool-up, cooling, and towing capability. Whether you daily drive, tow, or want a stronger street setup, the Stage 2 balances drivability with top-end performance and EGT control.

KC Turbos engineered this unit using precision point-milled machining, upgraded 360° thrust bearings, and a redesigned turbine for faster response and increased airflow. The enhanced geometry supports 650–700 HP with supporting modifications while retaining compatibility with factory manifolds, up-pipes, and exhaust braking systems (where calibration permits). For best results, custom tuning is recommended.
