The Mahle 54450A is a premium Black Diamond™ multi-layered steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket specifically designed for 2003–2006 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke diesel engines. It is engineered to provide a superior seal under high cylinder pressures and extreme operating conditions, making it an ideal choice for both stock maintenance and tuned performance engines 

 

Features:

  • Construction: 5-layer stainless steel (MLS)
  • Coating: Black Diamond fluoroelastomer (rubber) coating that resists corrosion and improves surface contact
  • Dowel Size: Designed for engines using 18mm dowel pins
  • Thickness: Approximately 0.060 in (1.52 mm), which is slightly thicker to accommodate minor block or head resurfacing
  • Bore Diameter: 3.83 in (97.40 mm)
  • 1 Year Limited Warranty
