The Alpha 2.5 Inch Suspension System is designed for truck owners who want improved ride quality, confident towing manners, and better overall suspension performance without sacrificing factory payload capability. By retaining the factory rear leaf springs and upgrading key suspension components, this system delivers a balanced setup for daily driving, towing, and higher-horsepower applications.
The front suspension utilizes dual-rate coil springs that improve ride comfort while increasing suspension travel by more than 3 inches over stock. In the rear, the factory leaf pack is retained and paired with a traction bar system to improve stability and control under load.
Front Suspension Options
This kit is available with two front link arm configurations, allowing you to tailor the suspension to your driving style and intended use.
Short Arm 4-Link
The Short Arm 4-Link is designed for customers focused on maximum front axle control. It helps reduce wheel hop and keeps the front axle planted during hard launches, sled pulling, and other high-performance situations.

Ride quality over potholes and sharp road impacts may be slightly firmer than the Adjustable 3-Link option.
Adjustable 3-Link Arms
The Adjustable 3-Link option focuses on ride quality, steering response, and overall drivability while still providing increased strength over factory components.

Dual-Rate Front Coil Springs
The included dual-rate coil springs are designed to improve both ride quality and suspension performance. Compared to factory springs, they provide increased travel and improved shock absorption while maintaining good road manners.

Adjustable Track Bar
The kit includes a direct replacement adjustable track bar built from heavy-duty materials to help maintain proper axle alignment and steering geometry.

Rear Suspension System
Rather than using add-a-leafs that can negatively impact ride quality, this system retains the factory rear leaf pack and uses lift blocks to achieve the desired stance.
The included Stage 2 Gusseted Traction Bar Kit helps control axle wrap and wheel hop while maintaining factory payload capacity.

The front springs are designed to sit level with a 3.5 Inch rear block.
U-Bolt Options
The system includes 5/8 Inch U-bolts as standard equipment.

Leaf Pack Identification
When ordering, determine whether your truck uses a standard leaf pack or a top-mounted overload leaf pack.
- Standard Leaf Pack: Main leaf runs full length from eyelet to eyelet and is typically 2-3 Inches thick.
- Top Mounted Overload: Includes a separate overload leaf positioned above the main leaf pack with a visible spacer between sections.
Shock Options
Multiple shock packages are available depending on your performance goals. All shock options are valved specifically for this suspension system.
