Swap the failure-prone factory plastic charge pipe for the PPE Cold Side Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit. Built from premium 304 stainless steel and finished in black for a blacked-out engine bay, it stands up to the boost pressure and underhood heat that split the original 6.0L Power Stroke pipe.
The 3.0-inch pipe is engineered with an optimized internal flow path, cutting the restriction built into the factory piece and improving throttle response. Everything needed comes in the box: 5-ply silicone couplers that resist heat and oil, and stainless steel constant-tension clamps that maintain a leak-free seal. Installation is bolt-on with no modification.
