Elevate your GM 6.6L Duramax with the PPE Lower Intake Manifold Kit. PPE casts these manifolds from A356.0-T6 heat-treated aluminum alloy — a strong, corrosion-resistant, thermally efficient material — using permanent steel molds for consistent, repeatable quality. Inlets are 32% larger than factory for a meaningful LLY airflow upgrade, and walls are 50% thicker for added strength, durability, and heat resistance under load.
The kit retains every factory mounting location, including LLY and LBZ/LMM fuel rails, EGR brackets, and fuel line brackets, so installation is a straightforward bolt-on. CNC machined gasket grooves deliver a tight, leak-free seal, a built-in MAP sensor port integrates seamlessly on LLY applications, and a dummy plug is supplied for LBZ/LMM trucks where that port goes unused. New hardware and gaskets are included.
