PPE's Cold Side Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit gives 6.0L Power Stroke owners a permanent fix for the crack-prone factory plastic pipe. Cast from premium 304 stainless steel and finished with a brushed satin texture, it brings serious durability and heat resistance to a part that fails under everyday boost and underhood temperatures.
Flow improves along with strength. The 3.0-inch pipe uses an optimized internal flow path that removes factory restrictions and sharpens throttle response. PPE includes 5-ply silicone couplers rated for heat and oil exposure plus stainless steel constant-tension clamps that keep the seal tight through thermal cycling, and the kit installs bolt-on with no cutting.
