The PPE lower intake manifolds are cast from A356.0-T6 heat-treated aluminum alloy, a strong, durable, corrosion-resistant, and thermally efficient casting material. The kit retains all factory mounting locations including those for LLY and LBZ/LMM fuel rails, EGR brackets, and fuel line brackets. A built-in MAP sensor port ensures seamless integration on LLY applications. A dummy plug is also provided for LBZ/LMM applications where the MAP port on the lower manifold is not used (the MAP sensor is located near the grid heater on those engines)

- For LLY applications, the PPE Intake Bridge Manifold SKU 115053400 is also required. This combination is port-matched for optimal performance and airflow distribution
- For LBZ/LMM applications, the PPE Intake Bridge Manifold and Tube Kit SKU 115053600 is not required but recommended
