PPE's Thermostat Cover trades the 6.7L Power Stroke's crack-prone plastic factory piece for high-grade 304 stainless steel, finished to a mirror polish. Stainless brings the strength, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance the original lacks, and the polished surface makes a functional repair into a visible upgrade.
Precision casting in permanent steel molds delivers high dimensional accuracy and a consistent finish across every cover. It installs as a direct bolt-on replacement using the factory thermostat housing, upper radiator hose, and mounting hardware, and the kit includes an EPDM thermostat gasket plus an upper radiator hose O-ring so the job seals up leak-free.
