The PPE Cold Side Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit replaces the 6.0L Power Stroke's factory plastic pipe with premium 304 stainless steel, mirror polished for a show-quality finish under the hood. Beyond the appearance, stainless gives you the durability and heat resistance the plastic original never had.
PPE optimized the internal flow path of the 3.0-inch pipe to eliminate factory restrictions and improve throttle response. The kit ships complete with 5-ply silicone couplers rated for heat and oil resistance and stainless steel constant-tension clamps for a seal that holds through thermal cycling, and it bolts on without cutting or modification.
