Upgrade the stock plastic oil pan on your 2020-2026 Ford Explorer or Lincoln Aviator 3.0L EcoBoost to the PPE Heavy-Duty High-Capacity Cast Aluminum Oil Pan for complete oil drainage, improved durability, enhanced cooling, and superior engine protection. The factory plastic pan retains a significant amount of dirty oil sludge at every oil change, contaminating the fresh oil right away; the PPE pan is engineered to drain completely so clean lubrication starts from the first mile.
Cast from high-grade A356.0-T6 aluminum alloy and finished in raw, the pan adds 1.9 quarts of oil capacity for long-lasting heat management. 3/8-inch external cooling fins maximize heat-wicking surface area and stiffen the bottom of the pan, while deep 3/4-inch internal baffles increase fluid contact with the aluminum for better heat transfer and keep the pickup covered by limiting slosh. Fins and baffles together form a cross-bracing structure backed by cast-in gussets, and the included stainless steel drain plug carries a high-temperature neodymium magnet to pull ferrous debris out of the oil.
