The factory cold side charge pipe on the 6.0L Power Stroke is plastic, and boost pressure combined with underhood heat eventually cracks or blows it. PPE replaces it with premium 304 stainless steel in a raw finish, delivering superior durability and heat resistance where the original is a known weak point.
This is not just a stronger version of the same part. The kit's 3.0-inch pipe carries an optimized internal flow path that eliminates factory restrictions and improves throttle response. Five-ply silicone couplers resist both heat and oil, stainless steel constant-tension clamps hold a secure seal as temperatures cycle, and the whole kit bolts on with no modification required.
