Description

The RevMax 68RFE Billet Towing and Heavy-Duty Performance Valve Body is engineered for 2019 and newer Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks equipped with the 6.7L Cummins and 68RFE transmission. Built around RevMax's billet channel plate design, this valve body is intended for truck owners looking to improve transmission reliability, towing performance, shift quality, and hydraulic control while supporting higher power levels.

Unlike a factory valve body that can flex under increased line pressure, the RevMax billet design provides a rigid foundation for the hydraulic circuits that control clutch engagement and torque converter operation. The result is more consistent pressure control, improved clutch holding power, and cleaner, more predictable shifts under load. Whether the truck is used for daily driving, towing, hauling, or performance applications, the upgraded design helps address many of the common limitations found in the factory 68RFE valve body.

The V2 billet channel plate features deep hydraulic passages in critical circuits to maintain proper fluid flow and eliminate restrictions that can contribute to torque converter and shifting issues. This design helps improve converter clutch operation, reduce clutch slippage, and provide more consistent transmission performance under demanding conditions.

Compatibility was also a major focus during development. Unlike some billet channel plate designs that require pan modifications or special filters, the RevMax V2 system is designed to work with factory transmission pans, factory-style filters, and most aftermarket pans without additional modifications.

Every valve body is assembled using a standardized rebuild process that addresses known wear points and incorporates upgraded internal components throughout the assembly. Each unit is tested prior to shipment to verify proper operation and hydraulic performance before installation.
