Jeep engineers have done a good job identifying weaknesses in their previous designs and updating them. They lengthened stock control arms for JKs and designated them as mid arms. Rock Krawler X-Factor mid arm upgrade kits use heavy-duty materials to support hardcore use. They're constructed from 2 in. solid alloy steel for rigidity, are powder coated black for protection, and are adjustable for excellent axle, castor, and pinion fit. They feature a Pro Flex joint at the frame and a spherical joint, which can be rebuilt, at the axle. The lower arms are bent for improved ground clearance, and correction wedges are included for the rear axle.
