Rudy's 5R110 Built Transmission For 03-10 6.0/6.4 Powerstroke

Rudy's Performance Parts has been building Powerstrokes since 2008.  We have more experience with the 5R110 than most shops one the market.  We have developed the ideal transmission for every level of driver on the market.  There are hundreds of truck out there from everyday drivers to all out race trucks with Rudy's built transmissions! Add optional choices such as a triple disk converter or a deep Pan. We use Precision converters and feel they are an excellent match for the capabilities of our transmissions. For above 700hp we recommend the Precision/RDP converter.  All stages of the 5R110 come with these fully rebuilt features, with the expection of our Stage 5 competition transmission, which comes with added clutches and steels.

• 6 Clutch Direct Drum with a Custom set of Raybestos, GPZ, and Exedy clutches/Kolene steels with Chromoly Apply Plate (Factory Has 4 Clutches)
• 5 Clutch Overdrive with a Custom set of Raybestos, GPZ, and Exedy clutches/Kolene steels (Factory has 3 Clutches)
• 5 Clutch Intermediate with a Custom set of Raybestos, GPZ, and Exedy clutches/Kolene steels (Factory has 3 clutches)

Stage 1:

This stage 1 transmission is capable of living up to 600hp applications. The biggest limiting factor of this transmission is the OEM shafts.  Great for bolt on upgrades and towing.

Stage 2:

Our stage 2 transmission comes with a billet input shaft and is designed for 600-675hp applications for those looking for more reliability out of their transmission.  Ideal for mild upgrades and mild to heavy towing.

Stage 3:

Our stage 3 transmission comes with Billet input shaft and Low/Reverse Hub.  Designed for reliable use up to 700hp. Perfect setup for mid-HP trucks and for towing heavy loads.

Stage 4:

Our stage 4 transmission comes with all our Billet Internals. Billet input shaft, Intermediate Shaft, Overdrive planetary and Low/Reverse Hub.  Designed for reliable use up to 1000hp. Ultimate setup for higher HP trucks and for towing heavy loads consistently.

Stage 5:

The end all of 5R110 transmissions. Even more clutch material than our other stages. More aggressive in all areas. Includes all our Billet internals. Billet input shaft, Intermediate Shaft, Overdrive Planetary, and Low/Reverse Hub.  This transmission will take anything you throw at it!  This transmission is NOT for street use.  This is a competition transmission, only meant for the track.

• 2003-2007 Ford F-250/F-350/F-450/F-550 6.0L Powerstroke

Note:

• Our transmissions also have a 500 mile break in period.
• Transmissions come with a 2 year limited warranty. Shafts are not covered under warranty.
• Proof of new torque converter being installed at time of transmission install is required to retain warranty.  
• Cores from 2003-2004 are no longer accepted. Your core transmission MUST be from a 2005+ model or core charge will not be refunded.
• Rudy's Diesel Performance Transmissions from Stage 1 through Stage 5 will require a custom tune designed for a built transmission. Our Stage 4 and 5 transmissions have modified direct solenoids and more aggressive pump modifications that will require even more custom tuning.
• If your aftermarket converter includes springs to modify the pump, DO NOT INSTALL into the Rudy’s 5R110 transmission. It has already been modified.
• If transmission is disassembled prior to contacting Rudy's warranty will be voided.
