The S&S Diesel 6.7F11-LPK Fuel Leak Prevention Kit upgrades two of the most common fuel system failure points on 2011-2016 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke diesel engines. This kit replaces the factory plastic engine-mounted fuel filter housing with a precision-machined billet aluminum housing and swaps the brittle OEM injector return fitting for a durable aluminum Fuel Leak Prevention Fitting, improving reliability without modifying the factory fuel system.

The included Donaldson spin-on fuel filter delivers 4-micron absolute filtration at 99% efficiency and exceeds OEM dirt holding capacity with 23 grams versus the factory 12 grams. Designed for use with stock fuel systems, the S&S Disaster Prevention Kit (DPK), or the S&S DCR Pump Conversion, this Made-in-the-USA kit provides long-lasting durability and dependable fuel system protection for 2011-2016 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke trucks.
