The Sinister Diesel 5" DPF-Back Exhaust System is built to give your 6.7L Powerstroke a deeper, more aggressive exhaust tone while improving exhaust flow and overall performance. It’s the perfect upgrade for Powerstroke owners who want that bold diesel sound and clean, finished look without tampering with emissions equipment.
Each system is precision cut and mandrel-bent from high-grade 409 stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability. The easy bolt-together design allows for a quick installation on both short and long bed trucks. Every kit includes a Sinister Diesel 5" to 6" rolled edge polished exhaust tip, or you can choose to upgrade to one of our premium Sinister Diesel tips from the dropdown menu.
This DPF-back exhaust system transforms the sound and look of your Powerstroke. The larger 5" diameter tubing improves flow and reduces restriction while giving your truck a rich, powerful tone that enhances everyday driving, towing, and highway cruising. Built from 409 stainless steel, it’s designed to handle years of tough use and harsh conditions without rusting or deteriorating.
The included Sinister Diesel 6" rolled edge tip adds the perfect finishing touch, with a clean, polished look that complements any build. If you want to match your Sinister Blue setup or prefer a black ceramic finish, upgraded tip options are available for a fully custom appearance.
